Bringing the magic of Macknade to your door…

We recognise that some of you are unable to get to us at this difficult time and we are now able to offer a local delivery service, which brings the Macknade experience straight to your door.

Choose from our essentials box here (approximate price £50), hand-selected by our team, or supply us with your own bespoke grocery list. Don’t forget that Easter is just around the corner, and we have plenty of sweet treats (including Easter eggs & colomba cakes) that can be added to your order. We are also offering a Call & Collect service from Faversham & Ashford for those of you who can still access us, but would prefer minimum contact.

Simply call us on 01795 534497 with details of your order and our team will take care of the rest. Our priority is to support as many people in our community as possible, so please bear with us if you are unable to get through. Our team are also working hard to replenish shelves and service customers in-store.

Please note: We will not accept any orders via email, social media or via our website. Orders must be placed over the telephone.

We are currently delivering each day to all ME13 postcodes. We are also delivering to the following locations:

  • Whitstable & select neighbouring villages (2 days per week)
  • Ashford & select neighbouring villages (2 days per week)
  • Sittingbourne & select neighbouring villages (3 days per week)
  • Canterbury & select neighbouring villages (2 days per week)

We are working hard to extend this service to additional locations, so please check back for further details. In the meantime, you are welcome to place a Call & Collect order, which is available daily in Faversham and on Saturdays only in Elwick Place.

We are are now delivering 7 days per week to accommodate demand. You are welcome to request a morning or afternoon delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed. Call & Collect orders for all items will be available to collect from our Wine & Spirits Store from 10am each day or from Elwick Place on Saturdays only between 10am & 12pm. Please call us to find out the next available slots.

Our team will be manning the phones every day between 9am and 4pm. Simply call 01795 534497 to place your order and we’ll take care of the rest. Generally, the phone lines are quieter in the afternoons if you are struggling to get through.

Yes. There is a charge of £8 on all deliveries or £5 when opting for call & collect. As you can imagine, there is a considerable amount of work involved in pulling orders together, from our office administrators through to our delivery drivers, and these costs must be covered for us to maintain a consistent service.

Our minimum order value is £30 for both delivery and call & collect. Your admin/delivery charge will be in addition to this.

You will only be able to purchase two of any single pre-packaged grocery item. Weighed goods from our Delicatessen, Butchery & Greengrocery departments will be dealt with on an individual basis, at the discretion of the team-member taking the order.

We will endeavour to replace out of stock items with their nearest possible substitution. If this is not possible, the item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged.

You will need to provide your card details over the phone so we can process payment in advance of delivery/collection. Please make sure you have your card to hand. We are unfortunately not able to accept cash or card on delivery.

Our delivery drivers will leave all produce in a safe place, which we will agree with you over the phone. We will ring the doorbell and/or knock on the door, so please acknowledge your delivery driver in some way (a simple wave from the window is enough!). You must ensure you are home and able to receive a delivery on the day agreed. We take no responsibility for the items we leave at your property.

Our call & collect service is available every day from our Faversham Food Hall (during regular opening hours) and on Saturday only from Elwick Place (10am to 12pm). Orders must be placed via our deliveries team on 01795 534497, who will be able to advise on the earliest time you can collect. Our call & collect service is £5 and collections in Faversham should be made from our Wine & Spirits Store.
