Easy Mushroom Gnocchi
This simple gnocchi recipe is a wonderfully Autumnal dinner for two, making the most of seasonal mixed mushrooms as well as nutty, salty parmesan shavings. It works with any kind of mushroom, but we love the variety of textures and flavours found in our mixed mushroom boxes. A great mid-week meal!
