Stefano has a strong connection to this corner of Kent and the county as a whole. He spent his childhood surrounded by hops, fruit & livestock, enjoying everything the Garden of England has to offer.

Today, Stefano leads the business and inspires the team to deliver emotive spaces & experiences for everyone to enjoy.

His ultimate focus is in identifying opportunities for Macknade to grow and touch a wider portion of society, with social & environmental harmony at its core.

Starting in 2019 in our finance team, Hayley Edwards has gone on to become our Commercial Director, leading Macknade to deliver on our strategic goals.

Hayley loves anything related to food and family!
In her family life her two children keep her busy and when she can, she's fond of cooking and settling down with a good book.

Rosie joined Macknade in 2014 as a Marketing Manager with a deep passion for food & drink and an even deeper passion for marketing.

She has gone on to become our Sales & Marketing Director, delivering increased footfall, sales and brand growth for Macknade... as well as countless events for our community.

When she's not at work, you'll find Rosie travelling the world... or planning her travels and looking for the best restaurants & bars to visit!
