Stefano has a strong connection to this corner of Kent and the county as a whole. He spent his childhood surrounded by hops, fruit & livestock, enjoying everything the Garden of England has to offer.

Today, Stefano leads the business and inspires the team to deliver emotive spaces & experiences for everyone to enjoy.

His ultimate focus is in identifying opportunities for Macknade to grow and touch a wider portion of society, with social & environmental harmony at its core.

Having arrived in Kent after travelling in 2003, Shane has had an extensive career in the hospitality and tourism industry, holding several General Management positions in hotels, over a period of 11 years.  Shane joined the Macknade team in 2019 as Commercial Director and became Managing Director in 2021.

He’s happiest when he’s outside, exploring the countryside with his family and his dog!

Rosie joined Macknade in 2014 with a deep passion for food & drink and an even deeper passion for marketing.

Since then, she has lead our marketing team to deliver increased footfall and brand growth for Macknade... as well as countless events for our community.

When she's not at work, you'll find Rosie travelling the world... or planning her travels and looking for the best restaurants & bars to visit!

Hayley Edwards is our Financial Controller and has been with Macknade since July 201.

Hayley loves anything related to food and family!
In her family life her two children keep her busy and when she can, she's fond of cooking and settling down with a good book.
