Top to Toe Fitness is is a unique health & wellbeing concept, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor group fitness classes on-site at our Faversham Food Hall.

The line-up includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and LIFT sessions aimed at everyone from beginners through to fully fledged gym junkies.

Top to Toe Fitness offer a full timetable of 16 classes across the week, so whatever your schedule, there's something to suit everyone. You can pay for a single session, or save with a a class pack. The full timetable and how to book can be found here.

Top to Toe Fitness are offering all new clients a three month membership with unlimited classes for just £50 per month to keep you committed and motivated up until Christmas. Charlotte Shaw @toptotoefitness

Charlotte is the owner of Top to Toe Fitness and an all round fitness fanatic. She's a qualified PT, Metafit & Crossfit instructor and has over ten years experience teaching here and in the Middle East!

Esa Evans @fitee_fitness

Esa started her fitness journey 7 years ago after a life threatening health scare and now runs several sessions with Top to Toe Fitness. She feels passionately that movement is the key to a healthy body and a healthy mind.

Hazel Terry @harbourfitness

Specialising in pre and post natal coaching, Hazel loves nothiing more than a round of circuits or a good cardio sweat sesh!

Jo Kersey Creegan @verdantfitness

Jo is the resident early bird, rising at the crack of dawn to run all early morning sessions. She's also a level 3 qualfiied PT and specialises in Kettlebells, suspension training and HiiT.
