ABOUT KENT TURKEYS
Based at Woolpack Corner Farm in Biddenden, Tony and the team at Kent Turkeys have been rearing free-range bronze turkeys since 2001. Their birds grow slowly on pasture, foraging naturally and maturing at their own pace to develop exceptional flavour, texture and naturally rich fat. Each bird is carefully reared with plenty of space, fresh air and shade, before being dispatched humanely under DEFRA regulations and hung for ten days.
