We recognise that some of you are unable to get to us at this difficult time and we are able to offer a local delivery service, which brings the Macknade experience straight to your door.
Choose from one of our fixed boxes (our recommendations are listed below) or supply us with your own bespoke grocery list. We are also offering a collections service from Faversham & Ashford for those of you who can still access us, but would prefer minimum contact.
There are two ways of placing an order:
- Submit your order using our online form, which can be found here. Choose from a wide selection of our best-selling products across our grocery, butchery, deli, greengrocery and drinks departments or select one of our fixed boxes below.
- Call us on 01795 534497 to place a bespoke order with one of our team or alternatively, use our call back form, which can be found here, and our team will be in touch to take your order.
We are currently delivering to the following postcodes:
- Faversham ME13 – Tuesday to Saturday
- Whitstable CT5 – Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Canterbury CT2 and CT1 – Tuesday and Thursday
- Sittingbourne ME10 inc Conyer, Teynham and Doddington – Wednesday and Saturday
- Ashford TN23, TN24 and TN25 inc Challock, Boughton Lees and Wye only – Wednesday and Friday

We are working hard to extend this service to additional locations, so please check back for further details. In the meantime, you are welcome to place a Call & Collect order, which is available daily in Faversham and on Saturdays only in Elwick Place.
Our collections service is available every day from our Faversham Food Hall and on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from Elwick Place (during regular opening hours). Orders must be placed using one of the methods above and we will confirm our earliest collection slot after you place your order. Our collections service is free of charge and collections in Faversham should be made from our Wine & Spirits Store.
We are are now delivering Tuesday to Saturday. You are welcome to request a morning or afternoon delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed. All deliveries are carried out between 9am & 6pm. Call & Collect orders for all items will be available to collect from our Wine & Spirits Store from 10am each day or from Elwick Place on Saturdays only between 2 & 4pm. Please call us to find out the next available slots.
The simplest way to order is to use our online order form, which can be found here. This features all our best-selling products and enables you to select the quantities of everything you require & receive an indicative price before ordering. You can also order all our fixed boxes this way and add to them if necessary. If you are looking to compile a completely bespoke shopping list, you will need to call our team direct on 01795 534497, who will be able to assist.
Our team will be manning the phones every day between 9am and 4pm. Simply call 01795 534497 to place your order and we’ll take care of the rest. Alternatively, we recommend using our online form to submit an order, which is available 24/7. This can be found here.
We offer free delivery to select Faversham postcodes (ME13 7 and ME13 8). We have a delivery fee of £5 for all other locations, unless you are spending over £70, which qualifies for free delivery. Our collections service is free of charge.
Our minimum order value is £30 for both delivery and call & collect. Your admin/delivery charge will be in addition to this.
You will only be able to purchase two of any single pre-packaged grocery item. Weighed goods from our Delicatessen, Butchery & Greengrocery departments will be dealt with on an individual basis, depending on their availability, and at the discretion of the team-member putting together your order.
We will endeavour to replace out of stock items with their nearest possible substitution. If this is not possible, the item will be removed from your order and you will not be charged.
You will need to provide your card details over the phone so we can process payment in advance of delivery/collection. If you are placing a telephone order, these will be taken at the time of placing your order, so please make sure your card is to hand. If you have used our online form to submit an order, one of our team will call you within 24 hours to take your credit card details and confirm your delivery date. We are unfortunately not able to accept cash or card on delivery.
Our delivery drivers will leave all produce in a safe place, which we will agree with you over the phone. We will ring the doorbell and/or knock on the door, so please acknowledge your delivery driver in some way (a simple wave from the window is enough!). You must ensure you are home and able to receive a delivery on the day agreed. We take no responsibility for the items we leave at your property.
