Our team of staff, along with our customers and suppliers, are what make Macknade what it is.
It’s their involvement in the business and their passion for what they do that sets us apart and brings to life what we do.
We are a multi-generational family business that has grown to bring others into the fold. Like any family, whilst we might have the occasional squabble, we all care for one another and there is a sense of belonging throughout the business.
These days we are thrilled to employ more than 100 people across both locations. Every person brings their own special ingredients to the mix and some have been working with us for a very long time. Gina, our longest serving member of the team, joined us the year Stefano, our Managing Director, was born!
Our aim is that everyone who works with us enjoys coming to work each morning and is proud of the produce and the place they work.

We are currently recruiting for a PR & Communications Officer to join our marketing team and you will find the job description below.
