All our bacon is cured by our friends at Dingley Dell, using a simple cure featuring salt, sugar & juniper berries. It's free range and is available smoked or unsmoked. We recommend it for wrapping your turkey, as well as the obligatory pigs in blankets... Please keep refrigerated.
