Our fantastic gammon comes from Dingley Dell - a Suffolk farm with sustainability and animal welfare at its core. Dingley Dell use a traditional Wiltshire cure for their gammon, developed by the Harris family in the 1800s, which is one of the oldest forms of immersion curing in use today. Available smoked or unsmoked and both equally delicious!
