How To Thrive in 2023 - Fitness & Nutrition Workshop
Learn how to optimise YOU in 2023 at a special workshop on January 10th from 6 to 8pm.
Hosted by Charlotte from Top to Toe Fitness & Katie from West Beach Fitness, it is designed to ensure that you start next year knowing how to move, train and nourish to feel incredible in 2023.
Is it time to start prioritising you? Are you ready to give up ‘quick fixes’ and fad diets and seek a meaningful lifestyle change? If so, this workshop is 100% for you!
The workshop will be split into two parts - the first being a fun workout where we will ensure you know how to:
- Connect with your core
- Lift weights safely & effectively
- Enjoy a fun functional fitness session.
All levels of fitness will be catered for - so there will be options for complete beginners and people used to training!
The second half of the workshop will focus on nutrition & mindset, discussing:
- What you need to eat more of
- How to build more satisfying, nourishing plates of food
- Why getting your brain on board is so key for meaningful and sustainable change
- Strategies for navigating emotional eating and self sabotaging behaviours.
Herbal teas and energy balls will be provided after the first part. Come in workout gear - layers are handy! Bring water and maybe a notepad so you can take some notes and create some fitness/nutrition goals.
