Continue the journey with us as we uncover more outstanding wines from the very best producers across the Iberian Peninsula... this time in Rioja & Northern Spain!

The mountains of the Sierra Cantabria and Pyrenees protect this zone from the worst of the weather blowing in from the Atlantic and are a major factor in the great success of Rioja, the most important wine region in this part of Spain.

Rioja will be the main focus of this wine tasting and we will be trying a range of wines, from new wave barrel fermented whites to more traditional reserva and gran reserva wines.

We will also sample wine from Navarra, which is next door and then travelling further east along the Ebro Valley into Aragon to taste old vine Garnacha
