Porchetta

Our porchetta joint is carefully prepared using pork from trusted farmers. Rolled with a fragrant stuffing of garlic, chilli, fennel and fresh herbs as it roasts, the seasoning infuses the meat with bright, aromatic flavour, while the outer layer crisps into irresistible golden crackling.

Succulent, perfectly balanced and full of character, it’s superb served traditionally with roast potatoes or sliced for generous sandwiches the following day.
