Continue the journey with us as we uncover more outstanding wines from the very best producers across the Iberian Peninsula. 

This time we're in in Portugal - a relatively small country with some remarkably diverse wines. It has a treasure trove of over two hundred indigenous grape varieties and vineyards that spread the length of the land, from Vinho Verde in the hills of the north to the hot southern plains of the Alentejo.

The crisp whites of Vinho Verde have become quite fashionable recently and could not be more dissimilar to the powerful reds produced in the adjoining Douro region, underlining the contrasts that Portugal offers.

We will be tasting a selection of whites and reds from the most promising grape varieties & wine regions which will show the potential &diversity of this evolving and exciting country.
