This year, we’re thrilled to unveil our new Hop Shed Bar & Kitchen - a vibrant space serving great food and quality drinks throughout the warmer months. We’re looking for a Venue Manager who can bring this vision to life and firmly establish the Hop Shed as a go to destination, morning through night.

THE ROLE

As Venue Manager at Macknade you will:

·       Oversee daily operations of the Hop Shed venue at Macknade, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere from morning to night

·       Lead, motivate and support a small team of staff

·       Deliver exceptional customer service

·       Ensure costs are controlled and budget is delivered

You will have:

·       Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

·       Previous experience setting up and running a bar

·       A hands-on attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed

·       A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences

This role will be a seasonal role in the first instance, with scope to become permanent as we develop our Food and Beverage offer across the business.

We are looking for a full time position however we will consider applications for part time hours. This role will be largely evening and weekend work 

The salary will be from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on experience
