Over three thoughtfully crafted courses, discover a menu that brings together Nigerian and Moroccan culinary traditions, flavours, spices and influences.

From plantain crisps and zaalouk, to our signature Ras el Hanout Egusi with slow-cooked beef and pounded yam, and a fragrant Meskhouta with whipped cream and candied orange, every dish has been created to tell a story.

During the evening, you’ll hear the stories behind the food; the traditions, ingredients, memories and cultural connections that have shaped these dishes. Expect some storytelling, Moroccan and Nigerian music, and an intimate gallery showcasing Virtue's original artwork.

This is more than a supper.

It's an opportunity to taste and celebrate culture whilst connecting with others.

About Virtue

Virtue is a passionate young cook who’s been experimenting in the kitchen for as long as she can remember. Inspired by MasterChef, Hell’s Kitchen, culinary competitions, and social media, she brings a fresh Gen Z perspective to her dishes. A Young Cooks 2025 finalist and 2026 Winner, she holds Food Hygiene and Allergy Awareness certifications.

Virtue’s mission is simple: to use food to connect people, spark joy, and support mental wellbeing across generations.

Outside the kitchen, Virtue is a secondary school student who enjoys piano, art, long walks, and spending time with friends.
