Handcrafted on the family farm in Leicestershire from the milk of their own pedigree Holstein-Friesian cows, this traditional Red Leicester is the only one still made on a farm in the county. Coloured naturally with annatto and clothbound before maturing for 6 months, it has a flaky texture, deep russet hue, and a nutty, mellow flavour with a hint of sweetness. Perfect on a cheeseboard or melted into toasties.
