In a high powdered food processor or blender, working in batches, blitz the watermelon until smooth.
Pass the watermelon juice through a sieve to remove any bits and seeds.
Add the lime juice.
Serve over ice. If you wish to add tequila, add 1 x 15ml shot to a short glass of Watermelon Limeade and stir gently to combine.
Top tip: Our Italian watermelons should be sweet enough at this time of year to not require any additional sugar, but if you would like a sweeter drink add a sugar syrup made from dissolving a 1:1 ratio of white sugar and water to taste.
