With the doors to our favourite eateries shut this year, it’s time to roll up your sleeves, dig out an apron and cook something extraordinary for your loved one with the help of our expert chefs…
Simon, Romu & Luigi have been busy in the kitchen creating a series of recipes that are simple to execute and bound to impress, featuring the very best ingredients from our famous Macknade larder. Think Wester Ross salmon, British beef, local, seasonal veggies & plenty of cheese!
Choose from one of three recipe boxes (fish, meat or vegetarian), available in-store at our Faversham Food Hall or at Elwick Place on the 12th, 13th or 14th of February. Included in the price is a bottle of wine to pair with your dish and full instructions from our chefs.
You can also take the opportunity to pick up a bottle of bubbly to start your evening in style, as well as dessert & cheese to finish.

We also have a selection of seasonal bouquets prepared by our in-house florists available to purchase for Valentines Day.
Featuring fresh, seasonal stems, there are three bouquets to choose from; or alternatively, go bespoke and have us create something special to include your partner’s favourite flowers!

Showdown “Max with the Ax”
Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon – 13.5% ABV
Ripe blackcurrant, wild berry fruit & sweet vanilla oak aromas. Rich cassis & black cherry fruit on the palate with a soft, juicy, yet long finish. A great match for our Flat Iron recipe.
Grape: Verdejo – 12.5% ABV
Green fruit aromas combined with citrus fruits give a fresh & vibrant nose. Fresh varietal-fruit with citrus notes & excellent acidity. Perfect with our Wester Ross salmon.
Grape: Pinot Grigio – 12.5% ABV
Very clean, nicely balanced Pinot Grigio, with a gentle floral aroma, good medium weight in the mouth, and a refreshing finish. Delicious paired with our Beetroot & Goat’s Cheese Pasta.
