Wasted Kitchen Workshop, Faversham

Join us as we play host to our friends at Wasted Kitchen for a special workshop about fermenting, pickling and reducing plastic and single use packaging in the kitchen.

Taking place at the start of Plastic Free July and again as part of our Sustainable September series, this workshop is a unique opportunity to learn from Katy at Wasted Kitchen about small and simple changes you can make in the home to reduce waste and to explore the joys of pickling & fermentation. Learn everything you need to know about pickles & ferments; from the basics of making them, how to use them, what they are and what the difference is between each one.

Dicover the art of fermentation and enjoy plenty of tasters to try across a range of tangy, tasty, fermented food, packed full of beneficial vitamins, acids and flavour to look after your gut health!

Tickets are £5pp and can be redeemed against any purchase of Wasted Kitchen or MightyFineThings products in-store that day.

  • Sunday 3rd July: 10.30am - 12noon

  • Friday 23rd September: 10.30am - 12noon

Never fear, if you're not lucky enough to bag a spot at our workshop, Wasted Kitchen will be joining us in our Faversham store from 10.30-12pm the very same day offering samples from their range for you to try.
