Pierre Mignon Champagne
France 12% abv
A family owned house located in La Breuil in the Marne Valley. Usually comprised of 80% Pinot Meunier, along with equal amounts of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir all from 1er Cru vineyards. Crisp, balanced and versatile with citrus hints and notes of yeasty brioche.

De Bertiol Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene Spumante Extra Dry
Italy 11.5% abv
There are fine, light, fruity aromas of fresh green apples and pears plus a hint of yeastiness on the nose. The palate is creamy and softly sparkling with some richness and a long, gently aromatic finish.

Masia D’Or Brut Nature Cava
Spain 11.5% abv
Elegant & persistent bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white & bright pale yellow fruit with subtle notes of citrus.The palate is silky & fresh with a refreshing finish.

La Battistina Gavi Spumante
Italy 12.5% abv
This attractive , textural fizz makes for an interesting change from Prosecco. Aromas of crystallized ginger, citrus, apple, jasmine and a hint of spice. The palate is delicate, yet rich with citrus and ripe apricots. The mouthfeel is creamy and the finish is dry and refreshing.

Chartham Blanc de Blancs
England 11.5%
Delicate flavours of peach and citrus with a fine mousse, produced right here in the Garden of England.

Langlois Crémant Brut
France 12.5% abv
Light yellow colour with fine, delicate bubbles. A complex nose mixing different fruits such as quince, peach and grapefruit lead to a fresh finish with a delicate and refined mouth-feel.
