The shy nose of this wine offers subtle lemon notions. The palate has an emollient and generous roundness that is nonetheless anchored in chalky, limestone coolness. The lemony, smooth texture really sets off the chalkiness. On the finish, the wine is smooth, fresh and appetising in its saltiness.
