Cake Decoration Masterclass with Eat & Mess
Love to bake but not so confident on your decorating skills? It's time to learn from the best.
On Saturday May 28th, creator of Kent's prettiest cakes, Kate from Eat & Mess will be expertly detailing how to crumb coat and cover layer cakes, create professional naked cakes, use a palette knife and piping bag to create different effects and build seasonal, floral, fruity decorations - all working on pre-baked cakes.
Workshops are limited to 20 attendees each where you'll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, take lots of pictures and enjoy with a glass of fizz!
What we'll be making:
A Spring finish watercolour cake bursting with colour. Choose from a vanilla or chocolate cake.
Our cake making masterclass includes:
- 2 hours with Kate from Eat & Mess
- A naked cake to decorate and personalise
- A complimentary Macknade tote bag with recipe instructions
- A glass of fizz
- All ingredients and equipment will be provided and your complete cake will be boxed up for you to take home
Eat & Mess will be joining us for a series of dates across our Faversham and Ashford branches so no fear if you miss a spot!
