Barista / Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Food Service team at Macknade in Faversham. If you are a trained Barista, with experience in a fast-paced environment¸ enjoy working with people and providing an outstanding customer experience, then we want to hear from you.

About you

You will need to be a self-starting individual, with a passion for providing high quality service at all times. You need to work well under pressure and have a positive attitude that radiates through the whole team.  

Role

You will have a varied, hands-on role, preparing and serving hot & cold drinks, delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the team with the day to day operation of a successful food business and ensuring the best customer experience for every guest.

• Passion for high quality food and drink
• Experience in a fast-paced food service environment – essential
• Barista experience - essential
