Everyone loves a proper handmade sausage, jam-packed with free-range meat & none of the nasties!
With that in mind, we’re inviting you to join our butchers this February for a hands-on lesson in the art of sausage making… using only the freshest of ingredients from our butchery & food hall.
Our butchers, Simon & Ian, will discuss the history of the humble sausage and the different types enjoyed around the world.
It is a hands on evening, so come prepared to get stuck into producing a batch of our award-winning Lincolnshire sausages, learning the craft of balancing your ingredients & seasonings to create the perfect sausage.
Of course, there will also be an opportunity to try a selection of cooked sausages from the counter, with a complimentary beer (or soft drink) to pair.
Head home with the sausages you’ve made, to share with family & friends (or not), and our Italian sausage recipe to try from home.
Tickets are priced at £39pp and there are only ten available, so please book early using the form below to avoid disappointment. The event is held in the butchery at our Flagship Food Hall in Faversham.
