Join us on the Deck next month for a Big Green Egg experience showcasing the wonders of the humble chicken!
Our Butchers, Simon & Ian, will be your hosts for the evening, teaching you how to breakdown & prepare your bird, before showing you several unique ways of cooking it on a Big Green Egg. This includes a slow roast whole chicken & a speedy spatchcock – both perfect for a summer BBQ…
Our butchers will share plenty of tips for you to take away and practice at home, as well as the secret recipes they use for our famous marinades.
If you’re a Big Green Egg owner already or are simply considering one, this is the perfect event to see these amazing outdoor cookers in action and learn from our eggsperts about how to get the most from them.
On arrival at 5.30pm, you’ll be greeted with a beer from our on-site brewers, Boutilliers, before settling in for the butchery & cookery demonstration at 6pm. At approximately 7.30pm, you’ll sit down for dinner with our butchers (served supper club style) as the sun sets over our Deck, to enjoy a selection of dishes from the demonstration.
The cost is just £45pp and this includes the demonstration & dinner, a welcome drink and a marinade to take home with you.
Additional drinks will be available to purchase on the night and there will be a special offer on all Big Green Egg eggcessories during the event.
