  • 40g Macknade jumbo oats
  • Handful of frozen raspberries
  • 5 dessert spoons of fat free greek yoghurt
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Any other fruits, nuts or seeds you fancy


  1. Mix your oats, raspberries & yoghurt together and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, if the mixture is too thick, stir in some more yoghurt or water to loosen it.
  3. Top with fresh strawberries and your favourite fruits, nuts & seeds!
