Baked Ricotta Dip With preserved lemons, thyme & garlic... 30 mins to prepare Serves 2 Print Recipe Ingredients This recipe can have as much or as little garlic, thyme & preserved lemons as you’d like, so feel free to change it to suit your taste! 250g tub of ricotta 1 clove of garlic Few sprigs of thyme 1/4 of a preserved lemon Instructions Before you get started, preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Tip the ricotta into a bowl and crush in the garlic. Pick the leaves off a few springs of thyme and finely chop. Sprinkle the thyme into your ricotta & garlic mix. Chop up the preserved lemon into small pieces and add these to the ricotta mix. Mix up all ingredients, and season to taste. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the top begins to brown. Serve with crusty bread for dipping!
