We are currently recruiting for a full-time butcher and full & part time chefs, of which you will find the job descriptions below. We also welcome speculative CVs and are particularly interested in hearing from hard-working, charismatic individuals who love food and are keen to develop their careers further.

We are open seven days a week throughout the year, only closing for four days over the Christmas period, as well as New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday. Weekends are our busiest time and staff on the shopfloor should be prepared to work either Saturday or Sunday each week.
